How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks for a standard event, a month in high season or for a large setup. We also handle urgent requests within 48 hours subject to availability.
Do you work throughout Morocco?
Yes. Based in Rabat, we work in more than 25 cities, from Tangier to Dakhla, with transport and technical crew included.
Does the technician stay during the event?
Yes for any job with a control desk. They manage levels, microphones and lighting states and step in immediately if anything goes wrong.
What happens if equipment fails?
We systematically carry backup equipment on sensitive jobs and our technician switches to it without interrupting your event.
Can we rent without a technician?
For small simple packages and self-powered portable systems, yes, with a hand-over briefing and a deposit. As soon as there is a console, multiple wireless channels or overhead rigging, a technician is required.
Do you work with DJs and orchestras?
Very regularly. We supply the loudspeaker system and monitors, they bring their sources, and we align technical requirements in advance.
Do you also supply screens and video?
Yes, LED screens, video projection and video control. A single quote can cover sound, light, structure and image.
Do you accept public tenders and purchase orders?
Yes. NS NEW SYSTEVENT is a single-shareholder LLC registered in Rabat and supplies all required administrative documents.
Do you offer simultaneous interpretation?
Yes, equipment and interpreters: standard-compliant booths, consoles, receivers and headsets for your multilingual congresses.
Do you clean up after the confetti?
Yes, clean-up related to our effects is included. Do check the restoration terms of your venue hire contract, however.
