Sound without nuisance: the constraint of exhibition halls
In an exhibition hall, every exhibitor tends to raise the volume until nobody can hear anything. Organisers frequently impose level limits as a result.
So we use highly directional speakers, placed low and aimed at your welcome area, rather than a powerful system spraying the whole hall. The result is better for your visitors and spares you the organiser's warnings.
Openings: preparing the protocol
An official opening plays out in a short and highly visible sequence: arrival of dignitaries, addresses, ribbon cutting, guided tour, official photograph. Each stage has its needs — lectern microphone, portable system for the tour, coverage for the crowd, lighting for the photograph.
We prepare this setup with your protocol department and always plan backup microphones: at this kind of event, there is no second chance.
Typical setup
- Directional speakers at a controlled level
- Wireless microphones and a backup microphone
- Dressed protocol lectern
- Self-powered portable system for the guided tour
- Welcome area and product lighting
- Technician present throughout
Frequently asked questions

Is building the day before possible?
Yes, when the organiser opens access the day before, which we always prefer so we can test calmly.
Do you provide a host or master of ceremonies?
We provide the technical side. We can, however, point you to professional hosts we work with regularly.
An event to amplify or to light?
Tell us your venue, your date and your guest count: we send you a costed technical proposal within 24 hours.
