The technical visit, the step wrongly skipped
Most unpleasant surprises on the day are solved by a prior visit: insufficient electrical power, no rigging points, access too narrow for the equipment, ground that rules out ballast, a room occupied until the last minute.
We carry out this visit free of charge in the Rabat-Casablanca area, and remotely by photos, plans and a phone call for other cities — with an on-site visit as soon as the setup is substantial.

Is the technical visit chargeable?
No, it is included in our commercial approach for the Rabat-Casablanca area. For distant cities it is carried out remotely, then on site for substantial setups.
Do you provide administrative documents for public tenders?
Yes. NS NEW SYSTEVENT is a single-shareholder LLC registered with the Rabat commercial register and supplies all documents required in tender and purchase order files.
Do you also sell equipment?
Yes, we equip venues, hotels and institutions with permanent sound and lighting systems, including installation and staff training.
