What is always included in our quotes
Return transport, handling, build, cabling, tuning, operation during the event and derig are included in our prices. So are consumables — cables, extensions, batteries, gaffer tape.
What appears as a separate, pre-announced line: very long journeys, overnight crew stays, a generator, work at night outside agreed hours, or specific equipment hired in for your requirement.
Reduced rates and recurring work
Multi-day jobs benefit from a reduced rate from the second day, since the equipment is already installed. Organisations that call on us regularly — hotels, agencies, institutions, universities — can benefit from an annual agreement with negotiated terms.

Yes, a deposit on booking confirms that the equipment and crew are committed to your date. The balance is settled according to the terms agreed in the quote.

Yes, we work regularly with public administrations, universities and public institutions and supply all required documents.
