NS NEW SYSTEVENT rents out and operates audio and lighting equipment from established brands, specified case by case. We do not deliver a standard package: we start from the room volume, the acoustic character of the venue, the guest count and the run of show, then propose a configuration that fits — neither underpowered nor over-invoiced.
A turnkey service, from survey to derig
Our work starts with a technical study: speaker layout, lighting positions, power requirements, rigging points and venue constraints. You receive a detailed quote, line by line, with no hidden transport or labour costs.
On the day, our crew handles delivery, build, soundcheck, live operation from the control position, then derig once your guests have left. You never touch a piece of equipment and you have one single technical contact from beginning to end.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is enough for a standard event. In high season (May to September) and for large productions, allow a month. We also handle urgent requests within 48 hours depending on equipment availability.
Are transport and installation included?
Yes. Our quotes include delivery, build, tuning, operation and derig. Only very long journeys or overnight crew stays appear as a separate line, always announced in advance.
Do you provide a technician during the event?
Always, for any job involving a sound or lighting desk. A sound engineer and, depending on the setup, a lighting operator stay on site to manage levels, microphones and lighting states live.
Do you work outside Rabat?
Yes, throughout Morocco. We regularly work in Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez and Agadir, and we travel as far as Dakhla and Laayoune for institutional events.
